Oranga Street was my first property project and intentionally kept simple.
The property was selected as a low-risk entry into active property trading, with a clearly defined cosmetic renovation scope. Works were limited to paint, new carpet, and a kitchen replacement — allowing the project to be executed efficiently, on budget, and without unnecessary complexity.
The focus was on learning the process, managing trades, controlling costs, and delivering a clean, market-ready outcome. The project was completed as planned, providing a strong foundation for subsequent, more complex projects.
Oranga Street reflects my approach from day one: start with clarity, manage risk, and execute with discipline.
