Rata Street was a residential renovation project that combined a largely cosmetic upgrade with targeted remedial work.

While the majority of the renovation focused on modernising the home — including new flooring, a fully updated bathroom, and a complete internal refresh — the project also required the professional removal of asbestos in the garage and the removal of a small internal dividing wall to improve flow and functionality.

All remedial works were managed early in the project to ensure safety, compliance, and clarity before progressing with the wider renovation. Once completed, the home was transformed into a clean, modern, market-ready property.
